Patch, a pet adoption app that helps users find and adopt pets based on their lifestyle and preferences. The app features a clean, user-friendly interface with personalized pet matches and streamlined adoption process. My goal was to make the adoption process easier and more accessible for both users and shelters.

Within the onboarding, users are introduces to the app and the highlighted features that Patch has to offer to make the pet adoption process easy!

Lifestyle Survey
After registration user can complete the lifestyle survey to allow the app to propose the perfectly matched pets as well as add their lifestyles and preferences to their “Adopter profile” for shelters to view.
On the Browse page, users can swipe through pet profiles that have been curated for them to best match their lifestyle. Pet profiles highlight the preferences matching the adopters profile.

When users select a pet they are brought to the pet’s profile where they can look through photos, characteristics and bio. As well as save special pets that have caught your eye.

Lets Patch!
When users want submit a patch they are prompted with a screen that allows them to review their lifestyle preferences, their profile information, as well as ask the shelter any further questions regarding the pet. This Patch application will then be reviewed by the shelter.
Active patches have easy access in-app messaging between the adopter and shelter allowing for accurate updates, communication and scheduling.
